Hey, we get it — life happens, and sometimes plans change. At Adamyans LLC, we want to make canceling or rescheduling as fair and stress-free as possible. Our Refund Policy is clear and straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect if you need to change your booking. As a family-run business, we’re flexible where we can be, but we’ve got some ground rules to keep things running smoothly. Here’s the deal!
1. Cancellation by You
More than 45 Days Before Tour Start: Cancel 45+ days before your tour, and we’ll refund your full payment (deposit included), minus a $50 admin fee per person to cover our processing costs.
30–45 Days Before Tour Start: Cancel within this window, and we’ll refund 50% of your total payment. The other half (including your deposit) is non-refundable due to commitments we’ve made with guesthouses, guides, and local partners.
Less than 30 Days Before Tour Start: Sorry, no refunds for cancellations within 30 days, as we’ve locked in bookings and costs. But we’ll work with you to reschedule for a future tour (subject to availability) with a $100 rebooking fee per person.
No-Show or Early Departure: If you don’t show up or leave a tour early, no refunds are available, but let us know what happened — we’ll try to help where we can.
2. Cancellation by Us
If we have to cancel a tour (super rare, think extreme weather or unforeseen issues), you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked, or the option to transfer your payment to another tour of your choice.
We might adjust itineraries slightly (like swapping a hike for a winery visit due to rain). These changes won’t qualify for refunds, but we’ll ensure the experience stays just as awesome.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel, email us at [email protected] or call +1 405-755-9162 with your booking details (name, tour, dates). We’ll confirm your cancellation in writing within 48 hours.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take a bit longer due to processing times.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other personal reasons. It’s required for all our tours, and we’ll ask for proof before you travel.
Your insurance should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Check with your provider to ensure it fits our tour activities (like hiking or wine tasting).
5. Special Circumstances
If you can’t travel due to major events (like government travel bans or serious illness), let us know ASAP. We’ll try to offer a credit for a future tour or a partial refund, case by case. Documentation (like a doctor’s note) may be needed.
If a tour is interrupted mid-trip due to unforeseen events (like natural disasters), we’ll prorate a refund or credit based on the unused portion, minus non-recoverable costs.
6. Deposits and Payments
Your 20% deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel 45+ days before the tour (minus the $50 admin fee).
Full payment is due 30 days before your tour. If you haven’t paid by then, we may cancel your booking without a refund, but we’ll give you a heads-up first.
